wnibd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wnibd platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. For players across Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and beyond.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and wnibd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the wnibd platform at wnibd.bio, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the wnibd platform.

wnibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register a wnibd account, place bets, or access any real-money features of the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement. wnibd may request documentary proof of age at any time. If a member is found to be under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending or completed withdrawals may be reversed, and any balance or bonus funds will be forfeited in full. wnibd will not be liable for any losses suffered by an underage person who has misrepresented their age during registration.

Jurisdiction
wnibd is intended for use by individuals located in Bangladesh. It is the member's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the wnibd platform is lawful in their place of residence before registering. wnibd makes no representation as to whether use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh.
1.3
Capacity to Contract
By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gambling activities.

2. Accounts

2.1
One Account Per Member
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active wnibd account. Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether using different contact details, a different mobile number, or a different device — constitutes a breach of these Terms. wnibd reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual, forfeit any balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Members who discover they have accidentally opened a second account must contact support immediately.
2.2
Account Information Accuracy
Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. wnibd is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated member information, including failed withdrawals caused by an incorrect bKash or Nagad number provided by the member.
2.3
Account Security
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity that takes place under a member's account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by that member. wnibd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the member's failure to keep login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact wnibd support immediately and change your password.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wnibd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers. wnibd does not accept payments in foreign currencies or via unsupported channels.

3.1
Deposit Processing
Deposits are typically credited to a member's wnibd account within seconds of a confirmed transaction on the payment provider's side. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. wnibd reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a third-party payment source.
3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are typically completed within minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. wnibd may impose additional KYC verification requirements before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times may be extended if a compliance review is triggered.
3.3
Payment Method Restrictions
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including bKash or Nagad wallets registered to another person — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, wnibd reserves the right to suspend the member's account, void any bets placed using those funds, and return the deposited amount to the originating account after deducting any applicable processing fees.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

wnibd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. In the event of a conflict between a general bonus rule stated here and a specific offer's own terms, the specific offer's terms take precedence.

4.1
Welcome Bonus
New members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the wnibd welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 at 100% match. The minimum qualifying deposit to claim the welcome bonus is stated in the current welcome bonus offer. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in the current offer terms.
4.2
Bonus Abuse
Any member who attempts to exploit bonuses through collusion, use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. wnibd's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
4.3
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant offer terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. wnibd is under no obligation to notify members in advance of an impending bonus expiry, though notification may be provided as a courtesy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wnibd platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
  • Opening or using more than one account on the wnibd platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
  • Making deposits using payment methods registered in another person's name or funded from a third-party source, including borrowed mobile banking accounts.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, chip dumping, or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool bonus funds.
  • Registering or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age or have been subject to a self-exclusion order.
  • Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward wnibd staff or other members via any communication channel.

wnibd's decision regarding what constitutes prohibited conduct is final. Members who engage in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to funds held in their account, including real-money balances and unredeemed bonuses.

6. Responsible Gaming

wnibd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options for members who wish to manage or restrict their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the account settings section at any time. wnibd encourages all members to use these features proactively and not to gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily and for entertainment purposes, that the funds you use are not required for essential living expenses, and that you are aware of the risk of financial loss. wnibd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will act on any credible information suggesting a member may be underage or experiencing gambling-related harm.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the wnibd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of wnibd or its licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from wnibd.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wnibd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, game results, technical failures, service interruptions, or reliance on platform content. wnibd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, wager settlement, or balance display, wnibd reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. No member shall be entitled to retain winnings arising from a demonstrable system error.

9. Amendments to These Terms

wnibd may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amended version, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the wnibd platform, you agree to contact wnibd support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. wnibd will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent adjudicator as determined by wnibd.
